摘　　要：基于欧洲玩具安全测试中针对不同类型的玩具有不同的易燃性测试需求,结合PLC控制技术、高性能细分型驱动装置和步进电动机的工作原理,设计开发了一机多能的易燃性自动测试仪,并对所研制玩具易燃性自动测试仪的外形设计、机构设计、PLC控制技术和主控程序进行了详细论述,指出该测试仪可以满足欧洲玩具易燃性测试需求,同时也满足国际玩具标准、国家玩具标准的玩具易燃性测试要求。Based on the different flammability requirements of different type toy in European standard consumer safety specifica- tion for toy safety, design and development the automation tester of toy flammability combined with PLC control technology, high- performance and fine-segmentation driver as well as step-in motor. It demonstrated the tester figure design, machine design, con- trol system and programming of software. It is pointed out the tester can settle for testing requirement of European standard toy safety, and also settle for testing requirement of international and national standard toy safety.
