摘  要:针对现阶段水价制定模式对大型跨流域、跨区域调水工程存在的局限性问题,探讨了按投资和用水量逐级由上游向下游分摊计算供水成本的方法,对现阶段水价制定方法改进和完善,分别提出了同网同价、考虑投资组成影响、工程运行费影响和抽水电费影响的4种水价制定模式,引入了折算距离概念和水价修正计算方法,以达到水价计算的准确性。The water pricing models have some shortcomings for large-scale interbasin water transfer project in cur rent stage. Water supply cost is calculated with sharing investment and water consumption from upstream to downstream. And the water pricing method is improved. Then four models are put forward, which includes the same water pricing a long the project, the impact of investment on the water pricing, the impact of operation cost on water pricing and the im pact of pumping electric charge on water pricing. Finally, the correction method and conversion distance are used to calcu late water pricing with high accuracy.
