摘  要:以12个玉米群体为实验材料,6个玉米自交系为对照,利用SSR标记分析群体的遗传多样性,并进行聚类分析。结果表明,利用56对SSR引物在12个玉米群体中共检测到202个等位基因,每个位点检测到的等位基因数为2~9个,平均为3.61个,说明12个群体的遗传变异较丰富;12个群体的等位基因数目变化范围在112~143个,平均每个位点有2~2.55个,黄金群变异最丰富,辽旅综的变异最小。根据估算的遗传距离进行聚类分析结果表明,12个群体可分为金皇后、Reid、塘四平头、旅大红骨、Tuxpeno和热带亚热带种质6个杂优类群,杂优类群划分结果与已知来源和系谱关系基本一致。Twelve maize populations as experimental materials and six maize inbred lines as controls, the genetic diversity and cluster analysis were studied based on SSR. The results showed that 202 alleles of 12 populations were detected by using 56 pairs of SSR primers. Two to nine alleles were detected per locus, and the mean value is 3.61. The results indicated that the genetic variation of 12 populations was abundant. The number of alleles over the 12 populations ranged from 112 - 143, and from 2 - 2.25 per locus. The variation of Huangjin populations was the most abundant, and Liaolu Syn was the least. Basing on the genetic distance, we clustered the 12 populations into 6 heterosis populations: Golden Queen, Reid, Tangsipingtou, Lvdahonggu, Tuxpeno tropic and subtropic germplasm. The result of compartmentalizing was as the same of the fact.
