摘 要:目的 观察吸入全麻苏醒期采用活性炭于紧闭环路内过滤对苏醒时间的影响,评价过滤法苏醒的临床意义。方法 选择安氟醚吸入全麻患者37例随机分为2组。对两组呼末浓度从0.7MAC降至0.2MAC的时距进行比较。结果 两组间患者的一般状况及麻醉时间均无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组苏醒时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 用过滤法患者清醒快,环路内的安氟醚废气能够完全被活性炭吸附,减少了对手术室的污染。Objective To observe the effectiveness of activated carbon filtration in closed circuit system on the elimination kinetics of enflurane. Method 37 patients undergoing elective surgery under enflurane inhalation anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups. The end expiratory enflurane concentrations were dropped from 0.7MAC to 0.2 MAC, and a comparative study was carried out between the time differences in the 2 groups. Result There were no significant differences in demographic variables and duration of anesthesia maintenance between both groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The activated carbon filtration can scavenge enflurane waste vapors from the closed circuit system to accelerate analepsis during anesthesia recovery period, which is helpful in reducing the level of pollution in operation theater.
