摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液对脑梗死患者血浆可溶性Fas及Fas配体浓度的影响,探讨丹红注射液用于脑梗死治疗的抗凋亡作用。方法:80例脑梗死患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组接受常规治疗加用丹红注射液治疗。脑梗死患者静脉血在入院时,入院后第1、2、3、7和14d获得,ELISA测定血浆可溶性Fas及Fas配体浓度。结果:治疗前,治疗组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。入院时,治疗组血浆可溶性Fas及Fas配体浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入院后第1、2、3、7和14d,治疗组血浆可溶性Fas及Fas配体浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可能通过抑制脑梗死后神经细胞凋亡,从而达到改善神经功能的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on plasma soluble Fas and Fas ligand concentrations in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and discuss its anti-apoptotic effect. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and treatment group. Each group had 40 cases respectively. Control group received ordinary therapy, treatment group received ordinary therapy and Danhong injection simultaneously. Plasma samples were obtained on admission at days 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 after cerebral infarction in the patients. Plasma soluble Fas and Fas ligand concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immu- nosorbent assay. Results Before treatment, the difference of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores between treatment group and control group was of no significance （P 〉 O. 05）. After treatment, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores in treat- ment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Upon admission, plasma soluble Fas and Fas ligand concen- trations in treatment group were not obviously lower than those in control group （ both P 〉 O. 05 ）. However, at days 1,2, 3,7, and 14 after cerebral infarction, plasma soluble Fas and Fas ligand concentrations in treatment group were markedly lower than those in control group （all P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Daubong injection could inhibit neuronal cell apeptosis, and further improve neurological func- tion after cerebral infarction.
