骨生化指标联检在骨质疏松诊疗中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-VD)与抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP-5b)联检在骨质疏松诊疗中的意义。方法:使用英国IDS公司的试剂盒,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA),对328例中老年患者血清做25-OHVD与TRACP-5b的检测及分析。结果:25-OH-VD指标均偏低,男性(16.18±6.77)ng/ml,女性(15.16±7.87)ng/ml,男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TRACP-5b水平女性高于男性,女性(5.71±2.46)u/L,男性(4.98±1.61)u/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25-OH-VD与TRACP-5b两项指标比较,相关系数(r)=-0.121,两指标呈负相关,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:25-OH-VD与TRACP-5b联检对骨质疏松诊疗具有重要的参考价值。Objective To discuss the meaning of 25-OH-VD and TRACP-Sb insepction in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporo- sis. Methods Use English ISD company＇s reagent kit on 325 elderly patients serum 25-OH-VD, TRACP-Sb detection by ELISA. Analy- sis was made based on the results. Results The concentration of 25-OH-VD were on the low levels, male 15.18 ± 6.77ng/ml, female 15.16 ± 7.87ng/ml. Male and female had no difference （ P 〉 0.05） ; The level of TRACP-Sb in female group was statistically higher than that in male group. The former was 5.71±2.46u/ml, the latter was 4.98 ±1.61u/ml, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The two indicators of 25-OH-VD and TRACP-Sb were compared, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05） ,correlation coeffi- cient = -0. 121 ,two negatively related. Conclusion 25-OH-VD and TRACP-Sb inspection on osteoporosis diagnosis has important ref- erence value.
