摘 要:卫星钟是卫星系统的时间基准,其性能直接影响设备的测距精度及卫星导航系统的各项性能指标,决定着用户的定位和定时精度。因此对卫星钟进行实时监测分析,及时发现异常现象,快速定位和处理故障具有重要的作用。目前,国内在实验室条件下对卫星钟进行了一定的研究,但对在轨卫星钟的研究还处于起步阶段。通过讨论卫星钟的特性,提出了卫星钟状态监测与评估的方法,同时针对卫星钟故障引起的各类异常现象制定了故障定位及处理流程,为及早发现并及时处置卫星钟故障提供了参考,尽可能地规避卫星钟异常对系统以及用户带来的影响。The satellite clock provides the time reference for satellite system. Its performance affects the ranging accuracy of equipment and all the performanc e specifications of satellite navigation system,and at the same time,also deci des the user's positioning and timing precision.So it is important to monitor and analyze the performance of satellite clock in real time to find the abnormal phenomena in good time,fast locate and deal with the faults.The study of sate llite clock under the laboratory condition has made a great achievement at prese nt.But the study of in-orbit satellite clock is in the original phase.This pap er puts forward the monitoring and evaluation method of satellite clock via disc ussing its characteristics.At the same time,for the abnormal phenomena due to the faults of satellite clock,the fault location and disposal method is constit uted,which can provide the reference for finding and dealing with the satellite clock's faults as soon as possible and also avoid the impact of the satellite clock's faults on the satellite navigation system and the users to the greatest extent.
