关于新疆高校“文化育人”的若干思考

摘　　要：＂文化育人＂是一种创新性的办学理念,是高校的重要使命和职责,也是高校提高办学质量、塑造高校精神的基础和保证。新疆高校把握＂文化育人＂的内涵,应从＂文化育人＂与＂国际视野＂＂德育为先＂＂教书育人＂等方面的关系入手,坚持社会主义核心价值体系,以大学精神来建构＂文化育人＂的核心内容,通过树立＂文化育人＂的办学理念、推进社会主义核心价值体系建设＂、文化育人＂与＂思想育人＂＂创新育人＂＂实践育人＂相结合、发挥教师的主体作用、重视高校精神塑造和贵在文化自觉等路径,为社会培育具有高尚道德品质的创新型人才,为实现新疆跨越式发展和长治久安两大历史任务服务。Cultural cultivation as a sort of innovation idea of operating schools,is an important mission and duty and also base and security for better teaching quality and reshaping college spirit.Xinjiang institutions of higher education focus on the content of ＂cultural cultivation＂ starting from moral education in international perspective and cultivation by teaching;adhering to the core value of socialism,with college spirit constructed as the core content of cultural cultivation.By developing the notion of cultural cultivation in operating schools to promote the construction of socialist core value system,we advocate the combination of cultural cultivation with ideological cultivation and practice cultivation by displaying a leading role played by a teacher.In addition,we stress the development of college spirit and cultural consciousness to train moral-qualified innovative souls to serve for both regional striding progress and long-term stability.
