摘　　要：本文从当今社会发展需求出发,阐述了科技咨询业数据库建设的重要意义;又分别从数据库的建设目标、建设思路、功能设计、系统架构、数据结构等方面介绍了该系统的建设内容与建设过程,通过展现该数据库的管理机制与个性化服务模式,揭示了系统的主要创新点,以及保持数据库鲜活生命力的行之有效方法。This paper describes the importance of database construction of the technology consulting industry under the development needs of the current society,and introduces the contents and the process of the system＇s construction from the goal,idea,functional design,system architecture and data structure,then shows the database management system and personalized service pattern,so as to reveals the system＇s main innovation and the effective method on maintaining database fresh.
