摘　　要：以CNKI数字出版平台为依据,从文献计量学角度对Web2.0环境下信息服务研究进行分析。从文献分布、作者构成概况和研究方向,进行深入研究。The Special of Information and Techology were retrieved according to CNKI databases.Retrieval strategy：The subject was Web2.0 and information service by using fuzzy retrieval in years from 2005 to 2010.653 document titles were searched altogether.This paper analyzed distribution of document,author composition and research direction,also it was further discussed on this study.
