摘 要:双层套管每个界面的固井质量都影响着油气井的正常生产,而常规的固井解释仅评价第一、第二界面的水泥胶结质量,因此根据声幅一变密度测井原理并通过分析各界面不同胶结状况的波形特征,提出了双层套管固井质量评价方法:用套管波的首波缺失和声幅数值评价第一界面,以套管首波的滞后程度、后续套管波的强弱及声波在外层套管接箍上的显示特征评价第二、第三界面,由全波列显示的地层波(快地层除外)评价第四界面。该方法在实际应用中取得了良好效果。The well cementing quality of each interface in dual casing does influence the normal production of oil and gas wells, but the conventional cementing interpretation can only evaluate the cementation qualities of No. 1 & 2 interfaces. Therefore according to the principles of acoustic amplitud-variable density well logging and through the analyses of the waveform characteristics of different cementation conditions of various interfaces, the evaluating method of dual-casing well cementing quality is presented : No. 1 interface is evaluated by the shortage of head wave and the numerical simulation of acoustic amplitude; No. 2 & 3 interfaces are evaluated by the lag degree of the wave, the strength of the following casing wave and the indicated characteristics of the acoustic wave on the collars of outer casing ; No. 4 interface is evaluated by the formation waves ( except the fast formation ) displayed by full wave train. The much better effects are obtained in the actual application of the method.
