安徽省各地市技术创新投融资金融生态环境评价研究

摘　　要：基于技术创新投融资金融生态环境的内部环境圈(政策、资源、资金、人才等)和外部环境圈(法律环境、征信、中介服务等)两个角度,结合相关学者的研究,提出技术创新投融资金融生态环境评价指标体系。同时,利用该指标体系对安徽省各地市技术创新投融资金融生态环境进行了评价。结果表明,安徽省的技术创新投融资金融生态环境总体上表现为"东部优于西部、南部优于北部"的态势,可分为良好、较好、一般和落后四类地区。最后,提出优化技术创新投融资金融生态环境的政策建议。Investing and financing eco-environment of technological innovation has internal environment circle and external one.This paper selects indexes to construct a evaluation index system for investing and financing eco-environment of technological innovation.Then,the statistical data from cities of Anhui province are used to evaluate their investing and financing eco-environment of technological innovation.The result shows that the investing and financing eco-environment of technological innovation of Anhui has one general characteristic：east cities are better than west ones,and south cities are better than the north ones.These cities are categorized into four different groups.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the investing and financing eco-environment of technological innovation in Anhui.
