摘　　要：目的探讨精神病专科医院医院感染的危险因素,加强医院感染预防控制措施。方法完善医院感染制度,强化人员培训;着重环节管理,加强消毒隔离措施;强化医务人员标准预防。结果医务人员医院感染管理意识明显增强,手卫生依从性由20.0%提高至45.0%,主动发现3起医院感染暴发的隐患。结论精神病专科医院医院感染管理有其自身的特点,因此应有针对性的采取措施,预防控制医院感染。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infections in psychiatric hospital and intensify the measures for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. METHODS The control system of nosocomial infections was improved; the training of medical staffs was intensified; the medical procedures were highlighted, the disinfection and isolation were strengthened~ the standard prevention of the medical personnels was emphasized. RESULTS The medical staff＇s awareness of nosocomial infections was significantly intensified, hand hygiene compliance raised from 20.0% to 45.0%, 3 cases of hidden dangers of nosocomial infections were found. CONCLUSION The control of nosocomial infections in psychiatric hospital has its own characteristics. Accordingly, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to prevent and control the n0socomial infections.
