摘　　要：目的探索并研究三级妇幼保健院,围术期预防性抗菌药物合理使用的管理方法。方法 2008年1月-2010年12月医院感染管理科制定并持续改进围术期预防性抗菌药物合理使用的检查评价标准,采取培训、每季度定期与不定期监督、检查、反馈及专题讨论等方法进行管理。结果抗菌药物使用合格率由2008年1-6月的31.7%升至2010年7-12月的67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医院感染管理科组织的多科合作,制定和督促落实围术期预防性抗菌药物合理使用相关标准,持续和长效管理,是围术期预防性抗菌药物合理使用管理的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate and research the measures for managemefft of prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period in tertiary maternal and child health care hospital （MCH）. METHODS The standards for inspection and evaluation of reasonable use of antibiotics during perioperative period in department of infection control were developed and improved continuously. The management was implemented through staff training, regular and irregular supervision quaterly, collecting feedback, and organizing symposia from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010. RESULTS The qualified rate of antibiotics use increased from 31.7 % during Jan-Jun 2008 to 67.5 % during Jul-Dec 2010, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The multidiseiplinary cooperation organized by department of infection control, establishment and implementation of standards for reasonable use of antibiotics during perioperative period, and sustainable and long-term management are effective measures for reasonable use of antibiotics during perioperative period.
