摘  要:以结晶氯化铝、结晶氯化铁和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为原料,合成PAFC-CPAM高分子杂合絮凝剂,考察其絮凝效果。结果表明,PFAC-CPAM的最佳合成条件是,无机混凝剂与有机絮凝剂质量比为100∶1,碱化度为1.5;PAFC-CPAM对CODCr去除率随絮凝剂投加量增大呈先增大后减小趋势,最大去除率可达52.17%。PAFC-CPAM合成机理为,PAFC与CPAM之间发生了化学反应,PAFC通过氢键桥联作用接枝到CPAM链上。Polymeric hybrid flocculant PAFC-CPAM was synthesized from aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, and cation polyacrylamide, and the flocculation effect of the flocculant was investigated. The results show that the flocculant is best synthesized when the mass ratio between inorganic and organic floceulants are 100 : 1 and the basicity is 1.5. It is also found that the CODCr removal with PAFC- CPAM increases first and then decreases with the increasing dosage of flocculant and the maximal re- moving rate reaches 52.17%. The synthetic mechanism of PAFC-CPAM is that chemical reaction ex- ists between PAFC and CPAM, resulting in PAFC grafted to CPAM chains by hydrogen bonding bridge action.
