摘  要:提出了一种仅利用线路两端电压相量实现传输线路故障测距的新方法。该方法基于线路附加正序模型,推导出故障测距方程,并进行单调性分析,进而转化为最优化求解问题;引入遗传算法求解该最小值问题,采用群体搜索和多父体重组策略,自适应和容错能力强且能够保证解群搜索的遍历性和快速性;PSCAD仿真结果和实际应用证明了该方法不受过渡阻抗、故障类型及不同步角的影响,计算速度快且精确度高。A new method that only uses the voltage phasor at the two ends of a line to achieve transmission line fault lo- cating range is put forward. The method is based on the additional positive sequence model of the lines to deduce fault-lo- cating range equation and makes its monotonieity analysis,thus changing into optimum solution problem. The genetic al- gorithm is introduced into the method to resolve the fault location function which adopts eollective search and multi factor reform strategy. This algorithm has a great ability of serf-adaptability and fault tolerance and it assures ergodicity and ra- pidity of solution group searching. The simulations carried out by PSCAD justify that this method can effectively locate the fault and is not affected by types of faults and transition resistances.
