摘 要:为了对无尾两栖类的遗传变异、系统发生、亲缘关系及种属鉴定等提供参考,采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶电泳技术,对六盘水市7种无尾两栖类动物的肝、肠组织的酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明:7种无尾两栖类的EST之间存在着明显的种族特异性和组织特异性,同一物种不同组织的酶谱差异性较小,不同物种同一组织酶谱差异性较大,并且物种亲缘关系较近的酯酶同工酶酶带之间的差异较小,物种亲缘关系较远的酯酶同工酶酶带之间的差异较大。酯酶酶谱特征在一定程度上能反映物种间形态上的关系。The esterase isozyme in liver and intestine from seven anura amphibians were studied by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to provide references for hereditary variation,phylogeny,genetic relationship and species identification of anura amphibian.The results showed that esterase isozymes of the seven anura amphibians had obvious different species specificity and tissue specificity.The EST zymograms of different tissues(liver and intestine) from the same species were slightly different and the EST zymograms of the same tissue(liver or intestine) from different species were distinctly different.The differences were nearly related to their relationships.The EST zymograms of the seven species showed their relationship to a certain degree.
