摘 要:为探索打破种子硬实的最佳方法,提高发芽率,采用5种不同方法对地八角硬实种子进行处理。结果表明:擦破种皮处理效果最好,发芽率达91.33%;其次是饲料机处理,发芽率为68.67%;98%浓硫酸浸种20min,发芽率达66.00%;80℃和100℃热水浸种10min,发芽率分别达24.00%和24.67%;40%氢氧化钠浸种对地八角种子的发芽率无影响。Five methods were used to treat hard seeds of A.bhotanensis to explore the optimum method and to improve the germination rate of A.bhotanensis.The results showed that abrasing seed coat had the best effect with the germination rate of 91.33%;Feed machine treatment took the second place,with the germination rate of 68.67%;The germination rate was 66.00% when treated by the method of immersing seeds in 98% sulphuric acid for 20 minutes;The method of soaking seeds in 80℃and 100℃ hot water had relatively low germination rates,only 24.00% and 24.67% respectively;Immersing seeds in 40% sodium hydroxide had no effect on the germination rate.
