摘　　要：健优388是贵州省水稻研究所用自育恢复系黔恢1388与湖南金健种业有限责任公司三系不育系健645A组配而成的迟熟籼型三系杂交种,于2010年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:黔审稻2010003号)。该组合高产、抗倒、耐寒,适宜在贵州迟熟一季中稻区种植。为了加快贵州杂交水稻品种的更新,促进新品种在生产上的应用,对杂交水稻新品种健优388的制种技术进行探索实践,提出了健优388新组合的制种技术要点。Jianyou 388,a three-line hybrid indica rice variety with late maturity,was crossed by self-fertile restoring line Qianhui 1388（restorer line）×CMS line Jian 645 A,and was approved by Guizhou Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2010（No.Qianshendao2010003）,it is characterized by high yield,lodging-resistant and cold-resistant,and is suitable to be planted in late maturity single-season indica rice regions in Guizhou.In this paper the seed production techniques of the new hybrid rice combination Jianyou 388 were explored and the key points were proposed to speed up the update of hybrid rice varieties and promote their application in the production.
