湿度对烟蚜茧蜂羽化率及成蜂寿命的影响

摘　　要：为规模化繁殖和利用烟蚜茧蜂,研究了湿度对烟蚜茧蜂的羽化率及成蜂寿命的影响。结果表明:烟蚜茧蜂羽化率及寿命均随湿度的增加而升高,但湿度过高反而下降。相对湿度为45%～65%时,羽化率显著升高;湿度为75%和85%时,羽化率最高;而湿度为95%时,羽化率反而下降。湿度为45%和55%时,成蜂存活时间较短;湿度为75%和85%时,成蜂寿命最长;而湿度为95%时,寿命反而缩短。雌雄成蜂的平均寿命均遵循以上规律。同一湿度下雌雄成蜂的寿命无明显差异。不同湿度下,未羽化烟蚜茧蜂的死亡虫态不同。To breed and utilize A.gifuensis in large-sacle,The effect of humidity on eclosion rate and life of A.gifuensis was studied.The results showed that the eclosion rate and life prolonged as the humidity increased.But both decreased when the humidity was extremely high.When the relative humidity was 45%～65%,the eclosion rate increased significantly.And reached the highest when the humidity was 75%～85%;on the contrary,the eclosion rate decreased when the humidity was 95%.The survival time was short under the humidity of 45%～55%.With the humidity of 75%～85%,its life was the longest.Under the humidity of 95%,the life was shortened.No matter female or male A.gifuensis,the average life followed the rule above.Under the same humidity,there was no obvious difference between male and female lives.Under different humidity,A.gifuensis＇s death instars were also different in the non-eclosion group.
