摘　　要：通过世行贷款造林项目的实施 ,摸索出一套集组织机构、种苗、科技、质量、财务、信息等为一体的科学管理体系 ,该体系在工程建设中逐一得到应用 。A scientific management system of construction of commercial forest base,including institution,seedling,techniques,quality,finance and information etc,was acquired by inplementing the forestation project granted load by the World Bank.It was gradually applied in the project and played a important role.
