摘　　要：本文介绍了自主研发的轮毂加工自动生产线,此立式加工中心在整个轮毂加工单元中完成钻削加工。选用的是西门子840D数控系统,该系统可以满足各种复杂的加工任务,并且有着优于其他系统的动态品质和控制精度,尤其是其开放性的系统理念可以最大化的协助实现整个加工单元的系统化、智能化以及网络化。This paper describes a self .-developed automatic wheel machining product line, this vertical machining centers in the entire wheel machining unit is u,;ed to complete drilling process. It uses the Sinumerik 840D CNC system, the system can meet all kinds of complex processing tasks, and has a better dynamic quality which is superior to other systems and has a better control accuracy, especially its open idea can be made for maximizing the whole machining unit systematic, intel- ligentized and networked.
