农贸市场蔬菜价格形成过程探析——基于舟山市定海区的调查

摘　　要：基于舟山市定海区的调研,发现"狭管"效应是导致蔬菜源头价格低、末端价格高的根本原因。蔬菜价格形成过程中的各项收费,最终将会通过菜价转嫁到居民身上。为降低终端蔬菜价格,除用于维护渠道正常经营以外,其它费用都应免除,在价格形成过程中的税费应予减除;摊位费的收取药合理,所收取的摊位费应全额上缴地方财政,由政府按照农贸市场规划统筹安排,用以维护和建设菜市场。此外,增加农贸市场数量,是其它的措施和策略能起到降价作用的关键和基础。Based on a survey in Dinghai district,Zhoushan city,the author finds that the funneling effect is the primary cause for vegetables＇ loworigin,high end prices.All the fees charged during the pricing process will be transferred to the consumers.To reduce the end price,except for the maintenance cost for normal business operation,all the other fees should be exempted： Taxes and dues should be deduced;management fee of stalls should be reasonable and be turned in to local public finance,which will be used on the maintenance and construction of the market according to the overall plan by the government.In addition,increasing the market number is another strategic option for decreasing the price.
