高校在文化国力建设中的社会责任担当

摘　　要：阐述高校在社会主义文化国力建设中的责任。通过对党的十七届六中全会关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定解读,提出高校是高层次领军人物、高素质文化人才队伍的重要培育基地。高校有责任为社会主义文化大发展大繁荣提供有力的知识支撑与人才支撑,自觉担当起社会责任。Through the interpretation of the decisions of several significant issues concerning cultural system reform and cultural development of socialism at the 6th Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the article states that universities are the important base for the cultivation of high-level leaders and high-quality cultural talents.Universities are held responsible for offering knowledge support and talent support for the development and prosperity of socialism culture.
