摘　　要：目的:了解我院围手术期患者使用抗菌药物的情况。方法:抽查我院2010年手术患者病历350份,统计患者基本资料、手术类型、使用抗菌药物情况。结果:我院围手术期抗菌药物的不合理使用主要表现在术前预防用药时间不当、术后预防用药时间较长、预防用药选择不当、联合应用抗菌药物不当。结论:应积极开展合理使用抗菌药物知识培训,规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用。Objective： To investigate application of antibacterials in peroperative period. Methods： 350 case were selected. Their general data, operation type and application of antihacterials were analyzed. Results： There were many immoderate applications of antibacterials including protective and combinative use. Conclusion. It is important to ensure rational application of antibacterials to normalize applications of antibacterials in peroperative period.
