摘　　要：电力行业中广泛应用的GIS都是基于不同空间数据、不同服务内容、独立的系统,不能提供统一的对外服务。针对这一问题,引入服务本体,提出利用P2P和Web Services技术设计一种基于P2P的WebGIS服务架构,对原有GIS空间数据及服务内容进行整合,通过WebGIS服务的方式,产生新的GIS服务内容,为电力行业GIS整合及GIS建设提供了一种新方式。Geographic Information Service（GIS） broadly applied in electrical industry are all based on different special data,different contents of service and independent system.They can not provide unified public service.To this issue,by introducing service ontology,to design a Web GIS service structure based on P2P by using P2P and Web service technology,to integrate original GIS special data and contents of service.Through Web GIS service manner,new GIS service contents established,and a new method will be provided on GIS integration and GIS construction for electrical industry.
