摘　　要：周济词学思想承张惠言而来,在其"比兴寄托"说的基础上提出"寄托出入"说。此说不仅强调内容上的雅正立意,还追求艺术风格的浑化无痕。周济"寄托出入"说,是香草美人诗学理论在词学领域的延伸,既推尊词体,又深化了词体的功能,具有双重价值,同时也是清代词学诗学化的体现。Zhou Ji＇ s theory of ci poetry succeeds that of Zhang Huiyan. Based on Zhang＇ s theory of ＂bi xing fi tuo＂ （ a poetry technique of using metaphor and image - reposing）, Zhou proposed the theory of ＂Ji tuo chu ru＂ （ two different stages of using metaphor and image - reposing）. This theory not only emphasizes the elegant and correct theme in content, but also pursues a naturally perfect artistic style. It is an extension of the traditional poem theory in the realm of ci poems, with double value of respecting the ci poem style as well as deepening its function.
