摘　　要：刑事警察权是国家权力的重要组成部分,因此,完善刑事警察权的合理配置和科学运行非常重要。刑事警察权运行要遵循相应的原则,要从强化刑事警察权运行保障机制以及健全相关制度入手来完善刑事警察权能,最大限度保证刑事执法中警察权的公正、科学行使。The criminal police power is an important component of state power,therefore,to improve the rational con-figuration and scientific operation of the criminal police power is very important.The operation of Criminal police power should follow appropriate principles,strengthen security mechanisms and im-prove relevant systems to improve the criminal police power,and to ensure the just and scientific exercise of the criminal police power in the law enforcement.
