平潭综合实验区开放开发的四大维度建设探析

摘　　要：考察了平潭综合实验区开放开发的时代背景,从区域发展规划、硬件软件建设、体制机制创新、发展模式转变等四大维度分析了平潭综合实验区开放开发的建设现状。在分析平潭综合实验区未来发展面临的挑战的基础上,阐述了平潭综合实验区今后发展的一系列政策建议。In this paper,the times background and current status of openness and development of the Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone are elaborated and analyzed in four dimensions such as： regional development plan,building of hard and soft wares,innovation of institutions and mechanisms and conversion of development mode.In view of the coming challenges,a series of policy is proposed for further development of the Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone.
