摘　　要：在对农村合作金融进行界定的基础上,应用社会资本理论,从农村社会资本变迁的角度对农村合作金融合法化的必要性及路径选择进行解释。认为农村合作金融合法化应循序渐进、区别对待,应完善农村合作金融法律体系,应对农村合作金融组织进行必要的管理。Based on the definition of rural cooperative finance,the reason and path for legalization of rural cooperative finance are interpreted from the theory of social capital.It is concluded that the path of legalization not only should be step-by-step,but also be treated differently.At the same time,the legal system of rural cooperative finance should be perfected and necessary management of rural cooperative financial organizations should be well-handled.
