茶叶企业多元化经营意愿影响因素的实证研究——以安溪县茶叶产业为例

摘　　要：通过对安溪县98家茶叶企业的问卷调查,利用多元线性回归法,对茶叶企业涉茶多元化经营意愿的影响因素进行实证研究,研究结果表明:茶叶市场前景、茶叶产业收益能力、技术难度与茶叶企业涉茶多元化经营具有显著的负相关关系;涉茶行业预期收益能力、企业规模、人才充足度、资产负债率和主营业务收入增长率与茶叶企业涉茶多元化经营具有显著的正相关关系。Based on questionnaires from 98 tea enterprises in Anxi County,the multiple linear regression method is used to conduct an empirical study on factors influencing the diversification management intention of tea enterprises.The results show as follows.Prospects of tea market,earning of tea industry and technology difficulty have a negative correlation with the diversification management intention of tea enterprises,while expected earning of tea industry,enterprise scale,adequate of talents,ratio of liabilities to assets and growth ratio of main business revenue have an positive correlation with the diversification management intention of tea enterprises.
