长春市垃圾场的分布及对城市垃圾处理能力分析

摘　　要："垃圾包围城市"现象开始在长春出现,垃圾污染给人们带来的危害已经不容忽视。长春市的主要垃圾场大多分布在经济发展水平较低城区的周边,能够给经济发展水平较高的朝阳区、南关区和长春高新技术产业开发区提供最佳的发展环境,促进其经济更好地发展。同时,也给所在城区的土壤污染降解能力带来了压力。目前长春市垃圾主要采用混合回收,垃圾乱扔乱放,分类回收设施不完善。垃圾回收的资金不足,垃圾资源化技术落后,没有形成专项的垃圾处理体系。长春市的垃圾场主要采用卫生填埋法,垃圾的焚烧发电也开始在长春市垃圾处理中发挥作用。The phenomena that city is surrounded by wastes begins to appear in Changchun city, and the waste pollution has seriously endangered people＇s living. The main refuse dumps are distributed in the suburbs of lower-economic-development-level districts, which provides better environment and accelerates economic development for the higher-economic-development-level districts. The distribution pattern of refuse dumps brings pressure for the degradation ability of soil pollution in these districts. Now wastes in Changchun are reused by blending method, and the faultiness category devices of reusing are adopted. The fund for reusing is lack, the technology is not advanced, and special management system is not built. The main treatment is landfilling. The method of incineration and generating electricity has benn adopted to use.
