摘　　要：随着竞技体育和科学技术水平的不断提高,运动训练的科学化越来越受到体育界的重视。利用客观、定量反映运动员机能状态的血液生物化学指标,对运动员的训练过程实施长期、系统的科学监测,不仅是提高运动员运动训练水平和竞技能力的重要保证,而且也能为教练员及时制定有针对性的训练计划,合理调控运动员的竞技状态提供科学的依据。With the constant improvement of level of competitive sports and scientific technology, the scientific sports＇ training has been paid more and more attention hy sports circle. A long-term and systematic scientific monitoring on the training process of athletes with blood biochemical index which can objectively and quantitatively reflect the athletes＇ function state is not only the important guarantee of improving the athletes＇sports training level and competitive ability, but also can provide a scientific basis for coaches who can make corresponding training plans timely and regulate the athletes＇ competitive state rationally.
