摘　　要：本文简述在校大学生信息能力的诸项内容,以及基于高校图书馆的多种培养路径,并结合国内高校IC建设初期情形提出信息时代创立IC服务模式,以激发大学生的创造性及大幅度提升其信息素养的可行性举措。This paper describes briefly the contents of university students＇ information ability and various training paths based on university library. Then it puts tbrward some feasible measures of establishing IC service model in information era combined with the situation of the first stage of IC construction, in order to stimulate the students＇creativity and greatly enhance their information literacy,.
