摘　　要："六型一化"班组建设活动在有效地提高班组整体技能水平的同时,进一步推进了班组人才多元化,提高了基层班组执行力、队伍凝聚力和战斗力,提升了公司的管理水平。The activity of building the six-type and standardization team effectively improves the overall level of the skill;meanwhile,it further promotes the diverse talent team,improves the execution and cohesion of the grassroots team,and also upgrades the management of the company.
