摘　　要：将鸡沙门氏菌弱毒株以不同剂量分别经口服和颈部皮下接种1日龄商品蛋鸡进行安全性和免疫效力研究，结果表明：该弱毒株对1日龄雏鸡有良好的安全性并能提供较强的保护力。The safety and efficacy of an attenuated S.gallinarum strain were confirmed in this study.Day-old-chicks were inoculated orally and subcutaneously with various dosages of the baeteria.They were then challenged with a mixture of virulent Salmonella strains 15 days postinoculation.Most of the inununized chicks were protected,while the control group died.The results suggested that the attenuated S.gallinarum strain eould be a good candidate for Salmonella vaccine.
