摘　　要：现今,毕业生与就业岗位呈现出供大于求的现象。加之近两年的经济形势,导致目前大学生就业问题严峻。在这样严峻的就业形势下,校友库,作为学生毕业之后与老师之间沟通的重要桥梁,发挥着它应有的作用,每年通过校友提供信息解决就业问题的学生占比较大的比重。建立健全校友库,对今后毕业生就业起着至关重要的作用。Nowadays,graduates and jobs present a supply phenomenon.In the past two years and the economic situation,leading to the present college students＇ employment problem is severe.In such severe employment situation,alumni library,as students after graduation and communication between the teacher important bridges,play its proper role,every year through alumni to provide information to solving the employment problem of the students of the big proportion.Set up and perfect the alumni library for future graduate employment play a crucial role.
