摘　　要：文章介绍基于模板的编码技术,并详细描述如何采用此技术设计、实现学术成果信息管理系统,并通过分析和实际运行检验了系统设计的稳定性、高度可重用性与高度可维护性,大大提高了开发和维护此类系统的效率。The paper introduces the templatebased coding technique and how to design and implement management information system of academic achievement with this technique.The stability,reusability and maintainability of the system design are examined through analysis and actual operation to greatly improve the efficiency of developing and maintaining such system.
