摘  要:目的测定药用植物金不换不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法以体积分数为50%甲醇提取金不换不同部位的总黄酮,用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果芦丁含量在0.031 35~0.073 15g/L范围内,线性关系良好,加样回收率100.5%,RSD为2.28%。结论金不换的根、茎、叶中总黄酮的含量均有不同,其中根的总黄酮含量明显高于叶和茎。Objective To study the total flavonoids contents in different parts of Rumex obtusifolius L. Methods Total flavonoids were extracted by 50% methanol in different parts of Rumex obtusifolius L., UV spectrophotometry was selected to determine the contents. Results The total flavonoids contents was at the range of 0.031 35-0.073 15 g/L, the linearity was good, the average recoveries were 100.5%,with RSD=2.28%. Conclusion The roots, stems and leaves contain different flavonoids. The total flavonoid contents of root and stems are significantly higher than that of leaves.
