摘　　要：简述了我国粮食储藏学科的建立、建设及发展过程,介绍了原苏联和美国粮食储藏学科专业教材的建设情况。对我国粮油储藏学教材与美国和前苏联的粮油储藏学教材进行了比较分析。This paper gives a brief account of the establishment,construction and development process of China＇s grain storage disciplines,the construction of the professional teaching materials of the former Soviet Union and the United States food and storage disciplines.It conducts a comparative analysis of teaching Grain and Oil Storage used in China and the teaching materials of Grain and Oil Storage used in the United States and the former Soviet Union.
