摘 要:随着知识经济时代的到来,企业架构呈现出工作内容知识化、组织结构柔性化、职责边界模糊化等新趋势。企业组织形式的更新以及人的思想观念的转变导致了企业员工的身份经历着从"个体"到"团队中的个体"的改变,企业中党支部职责和功能也发生着相应的变化。而本文在对温州中小企业调查基础上试图通过分析企业管理产生之哲学原因,建立一个在社会——公司——员工三者为基础的政治文化体系,从而进一步阐述企业中党支部建立的重要意义与实际内涵。With the coming of knowledge economy times, enterprise architecture presents a new trend of knowledgeable working content, flexibile organization structure and indistinct boundary of responsibility. The new organization form of enterprise and the change of ideas lead to the identity transformation of the enterprise staffs from the "individual" to "individual group", meanwhile, Party branch duties and functions are also changing. Based on investigation in the small and medium-size enterprises in Wenzhou, this paper tries to analyze the philosophy reasons of enterprise management and establish a political and cultural system which based on three factors of "company" -"society staff", thus to make a further elaboration to the significance and practical meaning of the establishment of enterprise Party branch.
