摘　　要：电信综合业务管理系统是电信企业运营生产的支撑系统之一，系统网络范围广、结构复杂且与因特网连接，其安全性必须得到保证。本文由此提出了一个基于VPN的电信综合业务管理系统网络安全设计，确保所传输的数据包不被外界人员非法截取和利用，消除关键系统数据在远程传输过程中可能失密的隐患，从而有效地保证了网络通信的安全。Telecom integrated business management system is one of the support systems in telecom business operations. Its network security must be guaranteed due to its wide range and the complex structure. The article proposed a network security design which is based on VPN on telecommunications busi- ness management system, and it can ensure the transmitted data package not to be exploit illegally by other people, and eliminate the hidden dangers of the critical system data in the process of remote transmission and effectively ensure the security of network communications.
