陕西省农村居民高血压知识行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解西部农村居民对高血压病相关知识、行为的认知情况及其影响因素,为开展西部农村高血压的防治提供建议。方法采用横断面调查的设计方法,分层随机抽取了陕西省汉中市九个乡镇的3030位成年农村居民,采取访问的方式进行调查,采用Logistic回归进行了多因素分析。结果高血压知识得分及格率为35.7%,行为得分及格率为48.4%,多因素分析结果显示,高血压知识得分是否及格与年龄、性别、有无高血压史、收入水平和受教育水平有关;高血压行为得分是否及格的影响因素有性别、年龄、有无高血压史和知识得分及格与否。结论陕西省农村居民对高血压知识的知晓率相对比较低,有高血压病史的人群对高血压的知识得分和行为得分都比无高血压病史的人群高,应该加大对农村居民的高血压知识宣传的力度,普遍提高农村居民的高血压防治意识。Objective In order to propose suggestions for preventing high blood pressure（HBP）and to explore risk factors of HBP in the rural areas of western China effectively,it was investigated that the knowledge and corresponding behaviors about the disease in the dwellers living in these areas.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted.With stratified random sampling 3030 rural residents among nine towns in Hanzhong city of shaanxi province.The data was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results The pass rate of hypertension knowledge score was 35.7%,and the pass rate of behavior score was 48.4%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed HBP knowledge score was correlated with age,gender,HBP history,income and education.Meanwhile HBP behavior score was correlated with gender,age,HBP history and the knowledge score.Conclusions In the rural areas of Shaanxi Province,people were still lack of HBP knowledge,the population with HBP history scored much higher than others.The matter of fact reflects that local government should promote propaganda and education in the field efficiently,so that would elevate their consciousness of preventing HBP for local people.
