摘　　要：传统的矿业开发是一种高污染的发展模式,对矿山生态环境造成极大的破坏。政府应完善矿业生态环境保护的政策支撑体系,完善矿业生态环境立法,建立和健全矿山生态环境管理体制和监测体系,引导矿业开发过程中重视生态保护。矿业战线干部职工应增强生态环境意识,加强科学管理和治理,完善各类制度,将矿山环境成本纳入矿业成本,实现矿产综合利用,减少尾矿排放,保护生态环境,走生态矿业之路。One kind of high pollution development pattern in traditional mining development created the mine ecological environment enormously destroys.In the mining development,ecology protection must be taken.The government should consummate the system of the mine ecological environment and the legislation about the mine ecological environment.To establish and improve the ecological environment in mining management system and monitoring system.Minerals comprehensive utilization must be realized,and discharge of the mineral debris must be reduced so as to protect the ecological environment.The road of ecological mining must be taken.in the mining development.
