无痛握力在肱骨外上髁炎功能评定中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价无痛握力(pain-free grip strength,PFG)在肱骨外上髁炎患者功能评定中的应用价值。方法对19例肱骨外上髁炎患者实施单次康复治疗,治疗前后进行患肢PFG,健、患肢最大握力(maximum gripstrength,MGS)及视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scales,VAS)的测量。结果治疗后的患肢PFG较治疗前明显提高,治疗后的VAS较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗前患肢PFG明显低于治疗前健、患肢MGS(P<0.05);治疗前后PFG的差值与治疗前后VAS差值有中等程度的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 PFG可以有效区分肱骨外上髁炎患者健、患肢的抓握功能,并灵敏地体现患肢的功能变化。Objective To investigate the value of pain-free grip strength（PFG）on the function evaluation of lateral epicondylalgia.Methods Nineteen subjects with lateral epicondylalgia were enrolled and treated with manual therapy only once.The PFG of the affected and the maximum grip strength（MGS） of the affected and the unaffected upper limb,and the visual analogue scales（VAS）were measured before and after the manual therapy treatment.Results The PFG of the affected upper limb after the treatment was much higher than that before the treatment,and the VAS after the treatment was much lower than that before the treatment.Before the treatment,the PFG of the affected upper limb was much lower than the MGS of the affected and the unaffected upper limb.The difference of PFG between the value before and after the treatment was related to the difference of VAS between the value before and after the treatment.Conclusion PFG could distinguish the grip function of the upper limb of the affected and the unaffected,and it could reflect the change of function sensitively.
