清瘀滋阴散对系统性红斑狼疮患者血清增殖诱导配体的影响

摘　　要：目的通过检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中增值诱导配体(APRIL)的水平,探讨清瘀滋阴散在SLE治疗中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测SLE患者清瘀滋阴散治疗组(72例)、SLE患者激素治疗组(43例)和对照组患者(32例)血清APRIL的水平,并与SLE活动指数(SLEDAI)及实验室指标进行对比分析。结果清瘀滋阴散及激素治疗后SLE患者血清APRIL水平、部分实验室指标较对照组有明显降低(P<0.01),并且清瘀滋阴散治疗组的血清水平较激素治疗组也有明显的降低(P<0.01)。结论清瘀滋阴散可通过增强SLE患者整体机能,降低患者血清APRIL水平,从而发挥其治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Qingyuziyin Powders（QP） on the proliferation-inducing ligand in systemic lupus erythematosus patients.Methods The levels of APRIL in 72 QP-treated SLE patients,43 hormone-treated SLE patients and 32 controlled SLE patients were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,which were also analyzed and compared with SLEDAI and immunological parameters.Results The APRIL levels of the two groups with treatments and certain laboratory indicators were significantly lower than those of controlled group（P0.01）,and the levels of QP-treated group were significantly lower than those of Hormone-treated group（P0.01）.Conclusion Qingyuziyin Powders might be useful in SLE treatment through the comprehensive enhancement of SLE-patients＇ body constitution and reduction of APRIL levels.
