摘  要:为改善反激绕组传统设计方法的不足,以双向全桥DC/DC变换器为例,提出一种反激绕组的全新设计方法,包括原边电感量、匝数和气隙的改进设计方法。首先,提出"抛物线求解法",准确地求出了原边所需电感量,使电感电流纹波真正满足设计要求,并直观地找出电流纹波最恶劣的工作点。然后,提出匝数和气隙的新型设计方法,不仅抵消了边缘磁通对电感量的影响,而且直接得出精确的设计结果,避免了反复凑试的繁琐。最后,此新型设计方法应用于一台双向DC/DC变换器,实验结果表明电路工作稳定,该方法有效、可靠且实用。To improve the defect of the traditional design method for flyback winging, the bidirectional full-bridge DC/DC converter was taken for example and a novel design method for flyback winding was proposed including the improved calculation method for primary inductance, gap dimension and number of turns. Firstly, the "inductance parabolic solution" was proposed to accurately calculate the required primary inductance, making the current ripple meet the design requirements and identifying the harsh situation for ripple current intuitively. Then the improved design method for gap dimension and number of turns was represented, which could not only offset the flinging flux's impact on inductance, but also obtain accurate design results directly to avoid troublesome and repeated tests by manpower. Finally, the novel design method was applied to a bidirectional DC/DC converter. The experimental results indicated that the circuit was stable, and the method was effective, reliable and practical.
