摘 要:分析了采用双环控制、虚拟电阻法和负载电流前馈三种控制方法逆变器的输出阻抗,比较了三种控制方法对负载调整率的影响。虚拟电阻法会增大逆变系统在负载调整前后输出电压的幅值变化,影响负载调整率,而负载电流前馈可以改善逆变系统在负载调整时的动态性能。在10kW的采用逆阻型IGBT的三相T字型逆变器平台上进行了实验验证。The output impedances of inverter with double-loop control, virtual resistance control and load current feed-forward control were analyzed individually. Their effects on load regulation were compared then. The virtual resistance control would affect the load regulation and the load current feed-forward control would improve the dynamic performance of the load regulation. Furthermore, the analysis was verified by experimental results obtained from a prototype of 10kW three-phase T-shaped inverter with reverse blocking IGBTs.
