摘  要:以产碱性纤维素酶菌株H-1为出发菌株进行紫外线诱变,选育出一株产酶能力是出发菌株2.46倍且产酶性能稳定的高产菌株M-H-l。通过液体振荡培养法,对M-H-l的发酵培养基进行初步研究。结果表明:菌株M-H-l的最适碳源为麸皮,氮源为豆饼粉,无机盐为MgSO4,最适碳氮比为4∶1。The original strain H-1 was mutated by UV in the paper,and its enzyme productivity was 2.46 fold higher than that of parent strain.The mutant M-H-l was stable in the alkaline cellulase production.Through the liquid culture method,the fermentation conditions of M-H-l were studied.The results showed that the better carbon source was wheat bran,nitrogen source was soybean powder,salt was MgSO4,and the optimal carbon and nitrogen ratio was 4∶1.
