摘　　要：土地复垦是缓解人地矛盾的重要手段,但经历20多年的发展仍未形成一套完整、适用的土地复垦体系来指导土地复垦工作。通过分析国内外土地复垦管理、技术等研究现状,采用理论研究、文献资料和综合分析的方法,并结合具体的土地复垦工程实例,在此基础上初步构建土地复垦体系,包括土地复垦理论体系、土地复垦管理体系、土地复垦技术体系和土地复垦监管体系4部分。土体复垦体系的构建可以为研究和编制土地复垦其他相关标准、规范等提供科学、系统、全面的依据,以促进我国土地复垦事业科学的发展。Land reclamation is an important method to relieve the contradiction between people and land.However,there still has not formed a complete and applicable system to direct the land reclamation work over 20 years yet.Based on the analysis of research status of domestic and foreign land reclamation management and technology,jointly adapted both documentation and comprehensive analysis methods and referred to certain specific land reclamation project examples.This paper initially formed a land reclamation system,including land reclamation theoretical system,land reclamation management systems,land reclamation technology system and land reclamation regulatory system.This system will be a scientific,systematic and comprehensive reference for later research and establishment of other land reclamation work criterion.
